WHO: Students in grades 6-12 from the greater Rochester area learn from professors and leading local educators while participating in the Rochester Scholars and Rochester Scholars Jr. programs at the University of Rochester.
DATE, PLACE: February 16-20, River Campus and Medical Center
WHAT: Students build robots, uncover evidence using fingerprints, and practice performing sutures during the Rochester Scholars academic enrichment program. Rochester Scholars offers students a chance to experience college life during their winter vacation. February 16 kicks off National Engineering Week and Rochester Scholars has programs that spark an interest in engineering's many fields of study. Courses are not for credit- just for fun!
