For submission deadlines after May 7, 2011, all applicants to NIH, AHRQ, CDC, FDA & NIOSH will be required to use Adobe B1 forms packages.  For deadlines on or before May 7, 2011, most applicants may use either Adobe B forms or Adobe B1 forms(with some exceptions as indicated in Notice Number NOT-OD-11-007).    Please be advised that although this Notice references new Adobe B1 form packages, as of this morning, these new forms are not yet available on the OER website.  It is our understanding that they will be posted soon.  Please continue to monitor the OER website (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/forms.htm) for the availability of these new forms.  Thank you.
