IMPORTANT NOTICE

Request must be made at least seven (7) business days in advance of the date of the event. Changes to transportation requests can be submitted Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM., request for Coaches must be made at least one (1) month in advance. Additional fees will be required to secure charters services for requests that are submitted less than 7 days prior to the event.


The parking organization will make every effort to accommodate requests made less than 7 days prior to the event. However, please be advised that our suppliers charge premium rates for services rendered on a "Last minute basis".


CANCELING A SHUTTLE

To cancel a confirmed shuttle the original requestor must email the Transportation Coordinator: in the body of the email a written request to cancel the service. Cancellation fees may apply.
