Request for Transportation
Requests must be made at least 7 business days in advance of the date of the event. Changes to transportation requests can be submitted Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Requests for Coach Buses must be made at least 2 months in advance. Additional fees will be required to secure charters services for requests that are submitted less than 7 days prior to the event. Our Transportation Services will make every effort to accommodate requests made less than 7 days prior to the event. However, please be advised that our suppliers charge premium rates for services rendered on a "Last Minute Basis".
CANCELING A SHUTTLE
To cancel a confirmed shuttle the original requestor must email the Transportation Coordinator: in the body of the email a written request to cancel the service. Cancellation fees may apply.
Please be advised that we require that an acct # or blue 312 req be provided at the time a bus charter is booked. Unfortunately, if we do not have an acct #/blue 312 req, we will be unable to schedule the charter for the requested event.
