How Does Zipcar Work?
1. Join
Apply online. Once you're approved, you get your very own Zipcard.

2. Reserve
Reserve one (1) of our cars - for a few hours or the entire day.

3. Unlock
Walk to the car, then hold your Zipcard to the windshield. The doors will unlock, and off you go! (Your Zipcard will only open the car you've reserved during the time you've reserved it which means no one else can open your Zipcar during that time).
4. Drive!
Drive away and return to the same reserved parking spot at the end of your reservation. And best yet—Gas, insurance, reserved parking are included too, as well as 24/7 roadside assistance if needed.
Zipcars can be reserved online, via iPhone and Android Apps, as well as on Facebook!!!
REMINDER:
Please report damage, less than 1/4 tank of gas, or a dirty vehicle at the beginning
of your reservation by calling 1-866-494-7227 (866-4ZIPCAR).
