IMPORTANT NOTICE

Request must be made at least seven (7) business days in advance of the date of the event. Changes to transportation requests can be submitted Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM., request for Coaches must be made at least one (1) month in advance. Additional fees will be required to secure charters services for requests that are submitted less than 7 days prior to the event.


The parking organization will make every effort to accommodate requests made less than 7 days prior to the event. However, please be advised that our suppliers charge premium rates for services rendered on a "Last minute basis".


CANCELING A SHUTTLE

To cancel a confirmed shuttle the original requestor must email the Transportation Coordinator: in the body of the email a written request to cancel the service. Cancellation fees may apply.
