- How Do I Request A Shuttle?
- If you are a STUDENT/COLLEGE ORGANIZATION requesting a charter, please contact: Beverly Buscemi 276-3717 for a transportation request form.

- For ALL OTHER charter requests please follow the below procedures:
- Fill out the Transportation Request and we will provide you with a quote.
After your Charter Event, please take a few moments to complete the Charter Customer Satisfaction Survey. Thank you for assisting us in continuing to improve our services to you.
- How Do I Receive A Quote and Obtain A Confirmation?
- We will do our best to provide you with a quote within 24 hours of having received your properly completed Transportation Request Form.
- How Do I Receive A Final Confirmation?
- The Transportation Office will contact you 3-4 business days before your event to confirm (unless request is made at last minute).
- What If I Need To Request Changes To My Original Request?
- If changes need to be made to your orginal request, please contact the Transportation Assistant at 275-5953. If you are a student
organization please contact Beverly Buscemi at 276-3717.
- How Do I Make Payment?
- Payment must be in the form of a 312 requisition, check or credit card (MC/Visa/Discover). PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOON ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE DEPARTURE DATE OR THE CHARTER WILL BE CANCELLED!
- What Do I Do If Charter Service Is Late or Does Not Show Up?
- If Charter is late or does not show up, please contact the Transportation Assistant immediately at 275-5593 OR call Cliff Broadhurst at 330-0192. If you are a student organization, please contact Beverly Buscemi at 276-3717.
- Minimum:
- Two hours minimum request time
Thirty (30) minutes are added to the shuttle request time to allow for traveling time
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 24 hour notice - $25
Less than 24 hour notice - $50
- Information Needed:
- Completed "Request for Transportation" with form of payment
- Changes/Updates:
- Once the reservation is confirmed, up to two changes will be accommodated at no charge. Any additional changes/updates will have a $25 fee associated with each additional change. 24-hour minimum notice.
