Alumni Association Tours
Explore the waterways of northern California aboard the yachtlike Yorktown
Clipper. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy optional excursions to Muir
Woods National Monument, Yosemite National Park, Lake Tahoe or Old Sacramento,
and the Napa Valley vineyards. Next, you'll return to the era of the grand
luxury trains as you travel from the San Francisco Bay area to Sante Fe,
New Mexico, aboard the classic luxury railcars of the American Orient Express,
exclusively chartered for your journey. You'll discover the splendor of the
Grand Canyon and the multi-story pueblo ruins of Wupatki National Monument,
mysteriously abandoned in 1225. For the last full day of your journey, you'll
explore the Southwestern influences, art, and colonial and Native American
history of Old Sante Fe as well as the nearby Anasazi Indian
ruins.
Barbados . . . St. Lucia . . . St. Vincent . . . Aruba . . . Panama Canal.
. . Huatulco . . . Acapulco . . . Imagine 10 unhurried days of romance and
discovery that include the excitement of Acapulco, the natural beauty of
Huatulco, colorful Caribbean islands, and the exhilarating experience of
traversing the Panama Canal--as well as travel aboard the Six-Star Crystal
Symphony. To the east of the canal, you'll cruise through the warm turquoise
and emerald waters of the Caribbean. To the west, you'll sail the vast waters
of the Pacific, warmed by tropical currents. Exiting the canal, your ship
will attract dolphins that race alongside the bow and brightly colored water
birds that hover overhead. Your journey ends in Acapulco, the crown jewel
of the Mexican Riviera, with miles of sandy beaches for sunners, swimmers,
snorkelers, and horseback riders.
