List of innovative curriculum series

The following list identifies the 13 curriculum series that have been recently funded by the National Science Foundations to provide well-conceptualized and integrated math curricula that respond to the recommendations of the NCTM Standards at all levels of schooling. For each series, in what follows we have listed the title, the grades it addresses, its publisher, a contact phone number and its web site.

This information was provided in the March 1998 newsletter of the "K-12 Mathematics Curriculum Center," recently established to provide school districts with information about all the 13 NSF-funded comprehensive math curricula as they consider any of these curricula for implementation. If you are interested in more information from the Center, contact Ki McClennan (K-12 Mathematics Curriculum Center, Educational Development Center, 55 Chapel Street, Newton, MA 02158-1060; phone number: (800) 332-2429; e-mail: mcc@edc.org) or check their web site (address: http://www.edc.org/mcc).
