Select from the following options:

FROM Implementation A (in this implementation participants were paid a stipend contingent to their complition of a number of tasks, including this written reflection -- therefore, all but two of the 16 participants wrote a final reflection; a complete set of these written reflections can be found in Section F (Program Evaluation); here we have reported only the final reflections of the five participants who have mostly been featured in Section D of these materials):

Participant A4 (middle school mathematics teacher) -- this participant was part of the team that planned the Olympics Unit (see Section D7) (7 pages)

Participant A6 (middle school mathematics teacher) -- this participant was part of the "support team" featured in Section D6, and team-taught a "blended" math course with Participant A10 (3 pages)

Participant A10 (special education teacher) -- this participant was part of the "support team" featured in Section D6, and team-taught a "blended" math course with Participant A6 (4 pages)

Participant A12 (middle school mathematics teacher) -- this participant developed the report on the Tessellation unit featured in Section D6, and team-taught a "blended" math course with Participant A5 (2 pages)

Participant A5 (special education teacher) -- this participant developed the report on the Tessellation unit featured in Section D6, and team-taught a "blended" math course with Participant A5 (3 pages)

FROM Implementation B/C (in this implementation participants volunteered their time in the program for no compensation; only 12 participants (out of 29) completed this requirement; the sample reported below has been selected to represent the variety in content and style of these reflections, as well as in the participants' background)
