Evaluation questionnaires asking for a quantitative evaluation of a professional development experience -- First follow-up meeting

In order to help us evaluate the Follow-up Meetings and improve them for the future, we would appreciate your written feedback. First, we would like to hear from you your impressions and overall evaluation of the Follow-up Meetings. Then, we would appreciate your rating each follow-up meeting you attended as well as any additional comments you would like to offer on that experience. Thank you so much for your input, we really learn a lot from it !

Your response will be anonymous. To better interpret your response, however, we would like you to identify what "type" of participant you are among the following categories:
