Diploma Requests
All requests for replacement copies of a diploma must be done in writing and must include the following information:
- Name while attending the University
- VALID email address
- Dates of attendance and date of graduation
- Major
- Degree(s) Awarded
- University ID or Social Security Number
- Complete mailing address
- A check for $35.00 made out to the University of Rochester
*MD diplomas require additional fee and documentation. (See Below) - Signature
Diplomas will be mailed within 4 to 6 weeks after the request is received. Please mail your request to the school from which you earned your degree.
