University Towne House
The University Towne House (UTH) houses single students only. There are 60 furnished studios (without in-room kitchens) located off the central corridor of this two-story building. Each studio is equipped with a private bathroom, and residents have access to two community kitchen facilities and a community room. There are coin-operated laundries and vending machines located within the building. University Towne House has a more urban atmosphere and is located close to stores, banks, restaurants, and public transportation.
