University Park
University Park (UPK) is an apartment complex that is a 15-minute walk from the River Campus and 5-minute walk from the Medical Center. UPK is located in the Rochester City School District.
Built in 1947, the lawn-bordered, two-story buildings include 40 studio, 86 one-bedroom, and 80 two-bedroom unfurnished apartments.
Single applicants with identified roommates (IRMs) and applicants with children are given first priority in two bedroom apartments. Preference in studios and one bedroom apartments is given to couples and single applicants.
