Summer Housing—Eligibility and Fees
Eligibility for Summer Housing is specifically contingent upon your affiliation with the University of Rochester. You must be registered as a full-time UR undergraduate student for the 2009-2010 academic year, or be a non-UR student affiliated with a UR department or faculty member, to be eligible for summer housing.
Discount rate packages are available for students who commit to extended stays of six weeks or more. These offers are contingent upon receipt of the signed contract, and a signed payment plan on file by the date of check-in. Stays less than 14 nights will be billed at the rate of $25.00 per night. All contracts require a minimum stay of seven days; students will be billed for a minimum stay of seven days. Refer to specific rate information.
