UHSConnect Secure Messaging

The UHSConnect portal is the only secure way to allow communication between your University Counseling Center (UCC) therapist and you, as well as your University Health Service (UHS) providers.

The UHSConnect portal is used by UCC to request that you fill out the CCAPS form — a comprehensive initial assessment tool which helps identify symptoms and areas of concern. The CCAPS is also administered at regular intervals throughout your treatment to assess change in psychological symptoms during treatment.

For urgent or life-threatening concerns, call UCC (585-275-3113), UHS (585-275-2662), or Public Safety (585-275-3333).
