Programs
UCC has created numerous presentations and interactive programs for students and other members of the university community about a variety of topics related to mental health and emotional wellbeing. Some of our most frequently requested programs include stress and relaxation, body image and eating concerns, depression and anxiety, suicide prevention, conflict resolution, and dreams. However, we are glad to work with you to tailor a program to the specific interests and needs of its intended audience.
