Locations and Hours
The new University Health Service Building is located on the River Campus between Rush Rhees Library and Susan B. Anthony Residence Halls.
The University Health Service (UHS) has medical offices on the River Campus, in the Medical Center, and at the Eastman School of Music. The office on the River Campus is located on the first floor in the new University Health Service Building. The University Counseling Center (UCC) is located on the third floor.
Appointments: Call 275-2662 to schedule an appointment at any UHS office. Whenever UHS offices are closed, a UHS physician is on-call and available by phone for urgent concerns.
RIVER CAMPUS OFFICE 1st floor, University Health Service Building Open all year Hours during the academic year: Monday -Thursday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. (Tues., 9-9) Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday * 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday * 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. Summer/Break Hours: M-F, 8-5:00 (Tues., 9-5). From July 10 through August 14, this office will close at 4:00 on Fridays. * On weekends, this office is staffed by a registered nurse and a medical office assistant. Appointments with physicians and nurse practitioners are not available on the weekend.
MEDICAL CENTER OFFICE 1-5000, UR Medical Center
(The entrance is at 250 Crittenden Blvd.)Open all year: Weekdays 8 a.m.–12:00 and 12:30-5 p.m. (The office opens at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays.) Summer/Break Hours: This office is open during the summer and school breaks. From July 10 through August 14, this office will close at 4:00 on Fridays.
EASTMAN SCHOOL OF MUSIC Room 106, ESM Living Center 274-1230 Open during the academic year: Weekdays 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Summer/Break Hours: This office is closed during the summer and school breaks. The office will re-open on Monday, August 31 at 9:30 a.m.
UHS HEALTH PROMOTION OFFICE 2nd floor, Room 228, University Health Service Building 273-5775 Open all year: 8:30-5:00 p.m. Summer/Break Hours: This office is open during the summer and breaks. From July 10 through August 14, this office will close at 4:00 on Fridays.
