Services for Part-time Students
The University Health Service (UHS) offers a convenient source of affordable, high quality primary care services for the personal health care needs of full-time students, employees, and other members of the University community (e.g., part-time students, spouses, domestic partners, and children over age 16 of students, staff, and faculty; alumni, and volunteers of the University).
The UHS clinical staff includes physicians who are board certified in Internal Medicine, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses. UHS is committed to providing patients with the highest quality care and services in a caring, confidential environment. The University Health Service is accredited by The Joint Commission, signifying exemplary performance and a commitment to high quality patient care.
The main office of the University Health Service is located on the River Campus in the new UHS Building. UHS also has offices in the Medical Center and at the Eastman School of Music.
If you are interested in coming to UHS for your personal health care, please speak with our Billing Manager to ask if UHS physicians are accepting new patients before calling to schedule an appointment at UHS. Our Billing Manager can be reached at klock@uhs.rochester.edu or 275-2638.
