Week #4: Mellow-Out Monday
Got stress? Find ways to manage your stress and clear your mind during our Mellow-Out Mondays! Throughout the spring semester, we will have programs and activities to help you wind down during the fourth week of every month.
We invite you to join these activities to help you manage stress and clear your mind:
- Hatha Yoga class, sponsored by the Hatha Yoga Club on campus. Hatha Yoga is a system of physical poses and breathing exercises with a meditative focus that have the effect of enhancing one's well-being and experience of life. Yoga integrates all aspects of one's being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Look for information in the fall when Healthy Monday @ UR swings back into action.
- Silent Meditation. Stop by the Gandhi Reading Room in the Rush Rhees Library Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 12:00-12:30 for silent meditation. Bring your own cushion or use one of the available chairs. Write to firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or for more information.
