Want less stress and better sleep?
Registration is now open for the Mindfulness & Meditation workshops. Offered by the UHS Health Promotion Office, this program is designed to help students learn mindfulness through the practice of meditation, which is proven to calm and focus your mind. The first class begins September 6 or September 7. Registration is required and space is limited to 10 students per class.
