Eastman Dental and Strong Memorial Hospital Department of Dentistry and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield offer the UR Student Dental Plan for University of Rochester students.

The Student Dental Plan is offered by Eastman Dental and Strong Memorial Hospital Department of Dentistry, not the University Health Service (UHS). Information about the Student Dental Plan is included on the UHS web site for the convenience of full-time students at the University of Rochester. Students must enroll during the enrollment period to participate in the Student Dental Plan for the year. Students cannot enroll in the dental plan after the enrollment period ends on October 31. Students who are not enrolled in the plan can use the services provided by Eastman Dental and the Strong Memorial Hospital Department of Dentistry on a fee-for-service basis.
