I graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland where I earned my undergraduate degree in Health Education. This fall, I will be starting my graduate program in Administration of Higher Education with Student Affairs at the Warner School here at the University of Rochester.
I am a graduate assistant in the UHS Health Promotion Office, adding a specialty in college health to my background experience. I am excited about this opportunity with SWARM and being able to reach out to students who truly care about the well-being of their fellow classmates. I look forward to working with you!

I am a Microbiology and Public Health (Health, Behavior, and Society) dual degree. I became involved with the UHS Health Promotion because I wanted to do something to encourage good mental health among my peers. When the stresses of exams, class, and work are overwhelming, students tend to neglect their physical and mental health. Working with the UHS Healthy Monday program has given me the opportunity to remind students of the importance of balancing obligations with fun, while still being successful in the classroom and maintaining an overall positive state of mind. I believe making healthy choices and taking care of your body is the first step to having both a successful and rewarding college experience. I am excited to be part of SWARM.

I graduated from the College at Brockport, SUNY where I earned my undergraduate degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. I am currently a second year graduate student here at the University of Rochester, completing my degree in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs through the Warner School. I am a graduate assistant both here in the UHS Health Promotion Office as well as a graduate intern in the Pre-College Programs through Admissions. I look forward to working with you!

I am a senior Political Science major with a minor in Legal Studies and cluster in Bioethics. I am currently the undergraduate committee president of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, Theta Omicron Chapter and Web Coordinator of Douglass Leadership House. I am also an active student-athlete on the Varsity Football team. This is my third year working for the UHS Health Promotion Office and I have a firm belief that encouraging people to make healthy life choices through interactive programs and events can really make an impact. I am extremely excited to be back with UHS Health Promotion Office and the SWARM team.

am an epidemiology major with minors in biology and philosophy. I first heard about SWARM last year when I went through the training with my sorority. I thought the peer-lead component of the program was excellent, providing students with an environment for honest discussion. Alcohol has an inevitable presence on college campuses, so it is important that students be educated about how to consume alcohol safely and respond to dangerous situations. As a public health major and member of RC MERT, I have a great appreciation and passion for health promotion. After graduation, I hope to pursue further studies in public health. I am excited to begin my work with the UHS Health promotion office as a SWARM trainer.
