Minutes from WGSA meeting on February 16, 2006:

Next general meeting: March 7, 2006, at 4:15 pm.

Time: Meeting started at 4:20 p.m.; ended at 4:45 p.m.

Attendance: Board members Will, Kelly, Nate, Teresa

Business:

• Idea to fundraise in the name of WGSA and put the proceeds toward student needs. For example, fundraise to buy a second printer for the student lounge.
  
• Community service project
  • Nate is the coordinator
  • Team up with other organizations on campus
  • Do something during the school districts’ spring break or in early April
  
  
• Spring Picnic/BBQ
  • Possibly to be held in Gennessee Valley Park in April
  
  
• Bowling night
  • Nate will look into going to Olympic Bowling on Scottsville at the end of March
