Gouveia Selected as International Fellow
Ana Gouveia, doctoral student, has been selected as a 2005 National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) International Fellow at the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES). Her appointment includes participation at the upcoming ACES Conference in Pittsburgh, and in the special fellows training program. The NBCC International Fellows Program at ACES is dedicated to facilitating the work of counselors who are interested in the professionalization of counseling.
Smalls Appointed to Editorial Board
Monica Miranda Smalls, doctoral student, has been appointed to serve on the editorial board of Perspectives, the official publication of the Association of Fraternity Advisors, Inc. The publication provides a forum for research, innovative ideas, and information related to the advisement of fraternal organizations. Smalls is the director of fraternity and sorority affairs for the University of Rochester.
