Teaching & Curriculum Programs for Current Teachers

The Warner School offers a variety of programs for people who already have a NYS teaching certification – whether they are interested in pursuing NYS Professional Certification in the same area, or Initial and Professional certification in a new area, or other options.

To explore which options are available to you given your background, you need first to select from the list below the specialty in which you hold your current teaching certification.

NOTE: If you hold certification in Teaching Students with Disability, select the specialty associated to your certification (i.e., Childhood, English, Mathematics, etc.). If you hold certification in Teaching Literacy/Reading, please select the area in which you obtained your FIRST teaching certification.
