If you are applying to a program leading to NYS Initial Certification (whether because it is your first teaching certification or an additional certification in a different specialty area), you may be asked to complete a "Transcript Review form" and bring it with you to your admission interview.
You can print out the appropriate Transcript Review Form by selecting from the list below the specialty you are applying for.
No transcript review form is needed if you are seeking certification in Early Childhood or ESOL, nor for Teaching Students with Disabilities if you already have certification in the same specialty area. |
