College Academic Advising Fair
The annual Fall Advising and Cluster Fair offers students the chance to learn more about the Rochester Curriculum: majors, minors, and clusters, along with courses and study abroad opportunities. Interested students also can learn more about independent studies, fellowships, and senior scholars. Free and open to all River Campus undergraduates. SA Town Hall Meeting: Dining
Dining Services is making big changes and wants student feedback. Director Cam Schauf will present tentative plans on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at 7:30 p.m., Sloan Auditorium in Goergen Hall (BME/Optics building).   

Important Deadlines for Seniors
The deadline for seniors to register for a Certificate in Management Studies is Nov. 1. Also, the deadline for declaring a minor is the end of the fall semester. Information and forms can be obtained at the Center for Academic Support, Lattimore 312.   

IT Symposium
Talk to local CIOs from some of Rochester's biggest companies at an information technology symposium on Friday, Oct. 26, noon to 4:30 p.m., at RIT. Learn about local IT initiatives and future career opportunities, including the summer Rotational Exposure Program sponsored by Explore Rochester IT. Lunch provided. No fees. Spring Meal Plan Change Period
Meal Plan changes for the spring semester will be accepted Monday, Oct. 15, to Saturday, Oct. 20. The forms are available online or in the ID Card Office in Susan B. Anthony Halls or from one of the Dining Center managers at the Eastman School. Address questions or concerns to 275-3975 or mealplans@services.rochester.edu.   

Final KEY Information Session
Tuesday, Oct. 16, 4 p.m., Lattimore 311A—learn about the Kauffman Entrepreneurial Year program, its guidelines, and how you may want to proceed with your application. The fall semester application deadline is Nov. 1.   

Study in Rome
Octavio di Leo, who directs the Rome center for the Institute for the International Education of Students, will conduct an information meeting on Thursday, Oct. 18, at 4 p.m. in Wilson Commons 122. He will discuss opportunities for undergraduate students to study in Rome for a semester, year, or for the summer. The Rome program offers a wide variety of courses in the social sciences and humanities. No prior knowledge of Italian is required to participate in the program.    Read more...

Closing Reception for Exhibit Today

On Stage: 365 Days/365 Plays
The International Theatre Program is taking part in a yearlong festival Oct. 15-28, presenting its share of Suzan-Lori Parks's 365 Days/365 Plays.
