Human Resource Development (HRD), working across all areas of the University, can provide exciting programs to assist you in enhancing your leadership style, furthering your professional development, or navigating our HRMS System.

The HRD team, in concert with your department’s HR Representative, is ready to work with your department or unit to develop your team, customizing programs based on your needs. Each program is designed to take your department or team to the next level of excellence in teamwork and service to meet organizational objectives as defined by senior leadership.

In addition, HRD is responsible for the Service Awards Program which recognizes staff service and for the Family Care Program which furnishes referrals to employee for child care services.
