Human Resource Development

The office of Human Resource Development (HRD) provides training and development programs for University employees. The purpose of these programs is to support organization-wide initiatives that are strategic in nature, and have a direct correlation to overall University goals.

In addition, HRD is responsible for the annual Mandatory In-Service Program that provides training in mandated regulatory and federal/state requirements.
