The Finnish spotlight program included Katri Lipson\u2019s European Union Prize for Literature-winning literary thriller <em>The Ice Cream Man<\/em>, as well as books by Leena Lehtolainen, Jari J\u00e4rvel\u00e4, Marko Hautala, and Risto Isom\u00e4ki. The Brazilian spotlight program launched in 2013 and has included the release of a dozen books of full-length fiction and short stories from Brazilian authors including Luiz Ruffato, Cristov\u00e3o Tezza, Josy Stoque, and Eliane Brum. In 2012, the Iceland spotlight program included ten Icelandic books, three of which\u2014<i>The Hitman\u2019s Guide to Housecleaning<\/i> by Hallgrimur Helgason, <em>The Flatey Enigma<\/em> by Viktor Arnar Ingolfsson, and <em>House of Evidence<\/em> by Viktor Arnar Ingolfsson\u2014became Kindle Top Ten best sellers.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Taken in combination with the relative success of the recent releases by Eka Kurniawan (<em>Beauty Is a Wound<\/em>, <em>Man Tiger<\/em>) and Leila Chudori (<em>Home<\/em>), this is a great time for Indonesian lit.
