You may also consider applying for a paid research internship at another institution (see links, below). Research programs for undergraduates generally run 10 weeks, provide a stipend, and offer social activities as well as exposure to another campus. Although the majority of programs listed below focus on the natural sciences, there are opportunities in the social and behavioral sciences, ethics and values, education and human resources, political science, economics, and a number of interdisciplinary areas.
