About This Calendar

The Eastman School of Music Events calendar is a central listing of public events for students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and the Rochester community. Calendar entries are generated from hall and room reservations made through the Concert Office or the Registrar’s Office. The site is managed and maintained by the Eastman Concert Office and the Communications Office. Comments, feedback, and suggestions are encouraged, and should be sent to calendar@esm.rochester.edu.

How do I submit an event?

Events are listed in the calendar after the performing space, classroom, or other space has been reserved through the Concert Office (a concert or recital) or the Registrar’s Office (classes, master classes, lectures, etc.) Organ concerts and other musical events at the Memorial Art Gallery are imported from the MAG events calendar, (contact magcalendar@mag.rochester.edu).

How do I update or make changes to an event already posted?

Please send details – which can include program information, biographies, photographs or other images, ticket information, and web links – directly to calendar@esm.rochester.edu.

What if the event(s) is reoccurring or happens frequently throughout the year?

How long will it take for new events or updates to appear on the calendar?

An event may take from a few hours to 72 hours after submission to appear. If your event does not post, please contact the calendar editor at calendar@esm.rochester.edu.

How do I reserve a room?

Most performance spaces are managed by the ESM Concert Office, while most other spaces, including classrooms, are managed by the ESM Registrar's Office.
