Operating Budget Managers use UR Budget to develop the annual operating budget. They are expected to ensure compliance with deadlines as well as be prepared to use the system well in advance of any deadlines.<\/p>\n
UR Financials is the system of record and is considered the primary repository for all actual activity and the approved budget. UR Financials should be used to keep track of what the budget is, what actuals have been spent, and how much budget remains.<\/p>\n
It is the responsibility of Budget Managers to ensure they have the training, knowledge, and skills to perform these responsibilities.
