Charges are assessed each academic period as noted below.<\/p>\n

Fall<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Medical Student charges are assessed around July 1st<\/sup>.
\nUndergraduate student charges are assessed around July 15th.
\nGraduate students enrolled in courses are assessed charges on or about August 17th<\/sup> or within a business day of enrolling in courses (later registration will not impact charge due date).<\/p>\n

Spring<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Undergraduate student charges are assessed around November 15th.
\nMedical Student charges are assessed around January 5th.
\nGraduate students enrolled in courses are assessed charges on or about January 5th<\/sup> or within a business day of enrolling in courses (later registration will not impact charge due date).<\/p>\n

Summer<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Charges for all matriculated undergraduate students in Arts, Sciences or Engineering enrolled in summer courses before April 15th<\/sup> will have their charges assessed on or about April 15th<\/sup> or within a business day of enrolling in courses (later registration will not impact charge due date).
\nCharges for all other students enrolled in courses are assessed on or about May 12th<\/sup> or within a business day of enrolling in courses (later registration will not impact charge due date).<\/p>\n

Students with balances due receive email notification to view the student account 23, 14, and three days before charges are due. Payment is due by the 10th of the month unless otherwise specified. Charges for non-matriculated students are due 15 days after charge assessment & as noted in UR Student. Be sure to review your charges carefully and to contact the Bursar\u2019s Office if you feel any charges are missing or charged in error. Student account activity is updated in real-time. Please allow one business day for UR Student to reflect some updates including financial aid disbursements and changes.<\/p>\n
