{"id":1032,"date":"2017-02-28T18:37:56","date_gmt":"2017-02-28T18:37:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/urbudget\/?page_id=1032"},"modified":"2024-05-06T19:16:42","modified_gmt":"2024-05-06T19:16:42","slug":"urbudget-logon","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/adminfinance\/urbudget\/urbudget-logon\/","title":{"rendered":"UR Budget Logon"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/tech.rochester.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024-Axiom-Maintenance-Schedule.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Axiom Maintenance Schedule<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>UR Budget Logon<\/h4>\n<p>Starting on <strong>August 8, 2022 after 5 p.m., <\/strong>you will be required to use your Active Directory (AD) credentials to\u00a0gain access to <strong>UR Budget<\/strong> system. \u00a0Net ID credentials will no longer be\u00a0used to access\u00a0<strong>UR Budget<\/strong> system.\u00a0\u00a0Keep in mind, your AD Credentials are the same credentials you typically use to login to a Windows computer, access the University wireless network, use for enterprise services like Microsoft 365, or UR Student, and UR Financials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to expect:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You should not see any changes to your login screen<\/li>\n<li>Starting <strong>August 8, 2022 after 5 p.m. <\/strong>you will need to start using your AD credentials\n<ul>\n<li>If you do not know what your AD credentials are please visit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/myidentity.rochester.edu\/itim\/self\/jsp\/logon\/login.jsp\">Rochester.edu<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>If off campus, you will be prompted to use Duo two-factor authentication.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Duo is required for Active Directory (AD) logins when not on the University network.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not already have Duo for your Active Directory (AD) account, please see the guidance posted <a href=\"https:\/\/tech.rochester.edu\/services\/two-factor-authentication\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We appreciate your flexibility as we work towards streamlining the authentication process for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>If you have questions or concerns about this change, please reach out to <a href=\"mailto:UR_Budget_Support@UR.Rochester.edu\">UR_Budget_Support@UR.Rochester.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Select the Log In button below and enter your username and password.
