In 2012, University leaders chose to modernize the actual and budgeting systems at that time. As a result, two projects were launched to accomplish these goals;\u00a0 UR Financials (phase 1) and UR Budget (phase 2). This effort will be accomplished through a joint venture between the University and Medical Center Finance offices.<\/span><\/p>\n The UR Budget project is tasked to replace our current, legacy budgeting systems; Internet Budgeting System (IBS) used by River Campus and Web Budget System used by URMC with a single, unified budget<\/span>ing <\/span>solution with <\/span>enhanced features and <\/span>reporting capabilities. This cross-functional team is set to deliver a solution that seamlessly integrates with UR Financials by November 2017 with the help of Axiom Enterprise Performance Management Software.<\/span><\/p>\n The newly developed software will affect only those who currently create departmental budgets and support these systems, approximately 500 individuals.\u00a0 We encourage our audience to attend all Demo Days\u00a0events for awareness<\/span>.
