• Meliora Weekend registration is now open! This four-day celebration offers more than 150 events, lectures, and performances for alumni, students, families, friends, and faculty and staff. Headliners include Leslie Odom, Jr., Norah O’Donnell, Shankar Vedantam, and Joel McHale.

• The new Eastman Performing Arts Medicine Center at the University of Rochester focuses on clinical services for artists, creative arts therapy for hospitalized patients, scientific research, and performances in clinical spaces. 

• As part of a long-standing tradition to celebrate the national stature of Rochester's faculty as researchers, scholars, and teachers, several faculty members have been appointed to named professorships.

• University President Sarah Mangelsdorf announced a major expansion of the University Home Ownership Incentive Program. The program was founded 16 years ago and has since helped more than 560 University employees achieve their goals of becoming first-time homeowners.
