As we celebrate 100 years of Eastman through our Centennial Campaign, we are thrilled to introduce our second annual Eastman School of Music wall calendar which highlights key moments and historical images from Eastman’s second 50 years. Donor support like yours has been essential to Eastman’s growth and success over these last 100 years, and we hope you enjoy this year’s calendar as our special thank you!

When will I receive my calendar?
Donors who made a gift through early September 2022 will receive their calendar in December 2022. Additional donors through December 31, 2022 will receive it in January 2023.
How do I opt-out of receiving the printed calendar?
Send us an email at annualfunds@rochester.edu.
How will I receive the digital calendar?
An email will be sent to you with a secure link to download the digital calendar.
Do you offer the calendar every year?
This is our second annual calendar, and we plan to continue sending this to our loyal annual fund donors on an annual basis. We receive considerable feedback on the calendar each year and will continue to take that into consideration for subsequent years to ensure demand and resources support its continuation.
How do I ensure that I will receive the calendar every year?
Make a gift of any amount to the Eastman School of Music during each fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). If you’re unsure if you made a gift or would like to view a list of annual funds, email us at annualfunds@rochester.edu.
Is a portion of my annual gift used to pay for the calendar?
No, 100% of your gift will go directly to the department or initiative you choose to support. If you would like to offset the cost of your calendar, simply add $3 to your next gift.
Is the calendar environmentally friendly?
International Paper provides the materials for our calendar. They take great care in their manufacturing process to ensure sustainability, conservation, and restoration. They help sustain forestlands working with small family farmers and use uncoated freesheets (essentially free of mechanical wood and use post-consumer fiber). Also, 90% of the water used in manufacturing is returned to the environment and 75% of the mill’s energy is derived from biomass residuals vs. fossil fuels. At the end of each year, we hope you will consider recycling your wall calendar to help the cause.
Will the calendar include the full academic schedule?
Due to the timing of the calendar’s printing, the calendar will have limited academic and event dates listed. For the most recent, up-to-date events and academic schedules, it is best to visit our online calendars:
