Our University of Rochester wall calendar is back for it’s seventh year! Each year, we are proud to share this calendar as a small token of our gratitude—a collection of images that capture the spirit, beauty, and energy of the University of Rochester. Within these pages, you’ll find moments that reflect both our treasured traditions, like the enduring presence of Rush Rhees Library, and the vibrant life of today’s students, faculty, and staff, from the Eastman School of Music to every corner of campus. Our hope is that these scenes not only spark fond memories of your own Rochester experience but also invite you to share in the excitement of all that lies ahead. When will I receive my calendar?
Donors who made a gift in fiscal year 2025 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025) will receive their calendar in December 2025.
How do I opt out of receiving the printed calendar?
Fill out this quick survey or send an email to Danielle Berry at danielle.berry@rochester.edu to share your calendar preferences with us.
How will I receive the digital calendar?
An email will be sent to you with a secure link to download the digital calendar.
Do you offer the wall calendar every year?
Yes, this will be our seventh annual wall calendar. We plan to continue sharing the calendar with our loyal annual fund donors on a yearly basis.
How do I ensure that I will receive the calendar every year?
Make a gift of any amount to the University’s annual fund during each fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). If you’re unsure if you made a gift or would like to view a list of annual funds, email us at annualfunds@rochester.edu.
Is a portion of my annual gift used to pay for the calendar?
No, 100% of your gift will go directly to the department or initiative you choose to support. If you would like to offset the cost of your printed calendar, simply add $3 to your next gift.
What types of dates will you list on the calendar?
Although the calendar will include many academic and event dates, it is not exhaustive, and some details may change after the printing of the calendar. For the most recent, up-to-date events and academic schedules, it is best to visit our online calendars:
