Special graphics included to share!
Show the women in your life how grateful you are for everything they do. We all have someone who we have looked to and learned from… a favorite teacher, a boss, or a coach who has challenged you, a friend who has always been there, a mother, aunt, sister, or an inspiring woman who has influenced you.
Here’s a special opportunity to honor all the women who’ve made a mark on your life. The Women’s Network invites you to make a donation–in their honor–to a women’s initiative. Your gift will help the Network’s charitable mission to foster equitable and inclusive communities for students.
What a wonderful way to pay tribute to all those who made a significant difference in our lives.
Bonus! Double your impact this month!
Now, through Mother’s Day (May 9), Trustees Gail Lione ’71 and Gwen Greene ’65—with the support of all women trustees—will match every gift made to a women’s initiative, up to $10,000. When you make your gift, it will also count toward the Day of Giving on May 5.
What counts as a women’s initiative fund?
We have over 45+ women’s initiatives funds you can give to from business and education to women’s sports and club organizations. You can also consider giving to leading research and care for women’s health issues.
The Women’s Network invites you to learn more about the Women’s Network Scholarship and Susan B. Anthony Center as two areas to support today. They have set a goal this year to collectively raise $150,000 to help support students and foster equitable and inclusive communities.
Important note: Please be sure to make your gift through this webpage to ensure you receive the confirmation e-mail with your special graphics. Please e-mail caroline.tolbert@rochester.edu if you have any questions or need assistance.
How can I let the person who I honored know I made a gift?
You will receive a confirmation email when you make your gift that will include downloadable links to high-definition images that you can share with them. Whether you share it on social, write them a personal note or an email, or send a text about it, we’ll make sure you have a special graphic.
When was the Women’s Network created?
The Women’s Network was launched in fall of 2020. If you would like to learn more about the Women’s Network or have questions, please contact caroline.tolbert@rochester.edu.
