What is the University of Rochester Women’s Summit?
The University of Rochester Women’s Summit is designed to empower attendees through panel discussions, keynote speakers, and networking while providing spaces to connect and engage on March 27-29, 2025, in New York City.

What are the specific dates of the summit?
March 27-29, 2025

The summit kicks off on the evening of Thursday, March 27, with a reception at the host site, InterContinental New York Times Square. Keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and social events are scheduled from Friday morning through Saturday afternoon.

Is there a schedule of events?
A full schedule of events will be available closer to registration. The summit will include panel discussions, keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.

What is the cost of attending the summit?
Registration to attend the summit is $100 and includes:

  • Access to all general and concurrent sessions
  • Meals vary by event; please check the conference agenda for the exact program details
  • Entry to the Welcome Reception and all other scheduled networking events
  • Access to the conference mobile app
  • Viewing and printing capabilities for the session presentations when made available from presenters

Is there a block of rooms for the summit?
A discounted room block has been reserved at the Intercontinental New York Times Square.

Who can participate?
All are welcome! The summit is designed for women in the University of Rochester community, including alumnae, parents, friends, faculty, staff, and students.

What can I expect by attending the summit?
Hear from University of Rochester women, including University leadership, alumnae, and constituents who are experts in their field, who will share their perspectives and insights on how they have navigated their paths. This will include keynote programs, panelists of experts, guided conversations, and opportunities to connect with fellow attendees to broaden and strengthen your network. During your time in New York, we encourage you to join us for our formal programming and to enjoy the social ad-ons to connect further with fellow UR women and enjoy the city!

What is the cancellation policy?
If you must cancel all or part of your Women’s Summit reservation, please do so by sending an email to alumni@rochester.edu or call 877.MELIORA (877.635.4672). Please note that refunds will not be given after March 23.
