Rose Cooper is a marketing and sales strategist with over 15 years of success in driving results and generating revenue for leading brands. She has led transformation and customer acquisition initiatives for national and global organizations, including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Frontier Communications, MassMutual, and Welch Allyn. Currently, she oversees Sales Acceleration for Paychex’s Human Capital Management division, which is one of the company’s largest business units.
Rose is highly engaged in the Rochester community, serving as the VP of the Board for Webster Montessori School. She is an active member of the Junior League of Rochester (JLR). During her tenure as JLR president, Rose spearheaded the founding of the Junior League of Rochester Diaper Bank, which has distributed more than 1 million diapers to families in the Rochester area. As chair of the all-Junior League NYS Public Affairs Coalition, Rose played a key role in passing critical legislation to protect victims of sex trafficking and domestic violence and advocated for paid family leave. She volunteers her time with the University, serving as a board member for the Simon Women’s Alliance and as a member of the Women’s Network Leadership Committee.
Tiffany champions the University of Rochester as a committed volunteer and alumna. She serves on the Alumni Board and the Diversity Advisory Committee, having previously held the positions of Global Women’s Network Co-chair and member of the New York Metro Women. Tiffany credits her cultural curiosity as a key aspect of her perspective, which has contributed to her 25-year career in both corporate and academic fields, focusing on building diverse and culturally inclusive communities.
Returning to her hometown, Tiffany is now the Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Dayton. In this role, she oversees efforts to promote and enhance intercultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusive excellence within an institution that employs 2,600 full-time and part-time faculty and staff and serves over 10,000 students.
Abby Zabrodsky ’14, ’19S (MBA)
Abby has dedicated her career to helping people and organizations thrive. Since the launch of the Women’s Network in 2020, she has taken on leadership roles, first as the co-chair of its personal and professional development committee, and currently as the Global Women’s Network co-chair. Abby is an emeritus member of the University’s Alumni Board, a mentor within The Meliora Collective, a Reunion volunteer, a member of the George Eastman Circle (the University’s leadership annual giving society), a champion for Rochester Athletics, a member of the Buffalo National Leadership Council, and a former member of the Young Alumni Council. In 2022, she and her father jointly received the University’s John N. Wilder Award for their commitment to the institution. Abby also earned the Department of Chemical Engineering’s Young Alumni Award in 2022 and the Department of Chemical Engineering DEI Award in 2023.
Additionally, Abby is actively involved in her community as a director on the Board of Trustees for the Buffalo Zoo and as a member of Shea’s Performing Arts Center Young Professionals Board.
