For example,\u00a0U.S. News & World Report<\/em>\u00a0recognized Highland as a \u201cBest Regional Hospital,\u201d a designation earned by less than 10 percent of nearly 5,000 hospitals nationwide.<\/p>\n Facilities support helped us begin a $28 million, 30,000 square-foot expansion project. The new space includes a 26-bed observation unit and six new operating rooms. It also puts Highland in a better position to continue offering excellence in patient-centered care for the Rochester community.<\/p>\n
