We must do more than listen to those who have been underserved for far too long. It’s time for action.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recruiting a diverse faculty is a priority. Faculty fellows, visiting scholars, and cluster hires can create a more supportive academic environment. We need the resources to meet this objective. We also hope to increase financial aid to recruit and support a more diverse and inclusive student body.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
