NSF I-Corps Digital Health Regional Course @ UR: Session 3

May 17, 2021 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The NSF I-Corps Upstate New York (UNY) Node is offering a Regional Course for researchers interested in exploring the market potential of their work and learning entrepreneurial skills. This Regional Course will focus specifically on Digital Health, hosted in partnership with the NIH National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences and UR’s Clinical & Translational Science Institute (CTSI).

Regional Courses, geared toward doctoral candidates, post-docs and faculty, are offered at no cost to participants and consist of remote meetings over a 3.5-week period. If you work with a team, the whole team can participate in the Regional Course. At the end of the program, teams will have conducted customer interviews, learned about the business model canvas, and will have clear plans for taking the next steps.

Regional Course graduates will have the opportunity to be recommended for the NSF I-Corps National Teams program, which offers grant awards of up to $25,000. Previous NSF funding is NOT required to apply.
