Purchase a New Locker

Please purchase your locker online here. We will email you with your locker assignment within 2 business days. 

Locker Rental Conditions:

1. Renewal: It is the responsibility of the renter to renew the locker on or before the locker rental anniversary date each year. Failure to do so will result in the contents of the locker being removed and the locker being offered for rent. Contents in fair condition removed from expired lockers will be donated to charity. All other items will be discarded.
2. Eligibility: RClub members and full-time University of Rochester graduate and undergraduate students are eligible to rent lockers in the Goergen Athletic Center.
3. Term of locker rental: The term of full year locker rentals is one year from the purchase date or anniversary of the RClub membership.
   Semester rentals are valid only during the semester that the locker is purchased and expire at the end of that term.
   Fall Semester: August 15 – December 31
   Spring Semester: January 1 – May 15
   Summer: May 15- August 15
   Locker fees cannot be prorated or reimbursed.
4. Use of cell phones, tablets, and mobile devices for photography or videotaping is prohibited in the locker rooms, aquatic center and fitness center. All additional device use should be always be done responsibly and respectfully.
5. Locks are provided for the lockers.
6. The Goergen Athletic Staff reserves the right to enter a locker due to an emergency, verification of use or as required by Campus Security.

Payment:

Pay online by credit card or payroll deduct on the checkout page. The payroll deduct option is only for current full time faculty/staff who already have an R Club membership paid through payroll deduct.

The Alumni Locker Room is located closest to the main entrance near the fitness center.
The Aquatic Center Locker Room is located downstairs.
