The painting components in this series of works are mostly connected to objects related to former needs. This painting of a monstrance relates to my Catholic upbringing; in front of it is a kneeler facing the object of devotion. I have converted it to a chair with a heated vibrating option which faces the opposite way. Trebling in fear before an omniscient God is converted to massaging comfort with that god behind me.<\/p>\n
