A Balfour representative will be available at the University of Rochester Bookstore on May 20th from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. for purchase of class rings.

Senior Week tickets will go on sale Friday, April 20th at the Common Market.

College Commencement Ceremony: Limited seating is available in a reserved area for guests that require wheelchair access. A drop off area is provided at the Meliora Parking Lot and golf carts will be available to bring guests to the Quad entrance. Students may request up to 3 tickets for this Reserved Area by contacting the Event and Classroom Management Office at (585) 275-4111 or by sending an email to email@example.com.
Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre Hajim School of Engineering Diploma Ceremony: Handicapped seating is available in the theatre, ushers will be on hand to direct people to the designated seating areas.
Assistance for Guests with Disabilities
Any students needing to make special arrangements for guests should refer to the Commencement website, www.rochester.edu/commencement or contact the Event and Classroom Management Office at (585) 275-4111.
Parking for the College Commencement: Free parking will be available Friday and Saturday in all River Campus lots. Parking on Sunday will be in Park Lot, Intercampus Drive Lot, and Crittenden Lot 1. Continuous shuttle service will be provided for all guests parking in these lots. Parking staff will be available in all lots to assist.
Guests who need more assistance because of physical limitations or disabilities may be dropped off at the Meliora Lot with golf cart service to the Eastman Quadrangle. Golf cart service is provided as a convenience to all guests on a first come, first served basis. Handicapped parking will be available in the Library Lot for vehicles with an authorized handicapped parking permit.
Parking for Eastman Theatre Diploma Ceremonies: Parking for the Sunday Eastman Theatre diploma ceremonies will be available for a fee in the East End Garage on East Main Street between Swan and Scio streets or in the Allpro Parking Lot on the corner of Gibbs and East Main streets.
Free Bus Service Sunday, May 20: Continuous service between the Eastman Theatre, Eastman Student Living Center, and the River Campus (Library Road entrance, Rush Rhees Library). Buses will run continuously from 7:15 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Continuous service between Helen Wood Hall, Goler House, Southside/University Park and Whipple Park, Medical Center, Sarah Flaum Atrium, Park Lot, and the River Campus (Library Road entrance, Rush Rhees Library). Buses will run continuously from 7:15 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Continuous service for graduates residing in the Riverview Apartments to campus ceremonies from 7 a.m. to noon.
Commencement participants should board a bus no later than 7:55 a.m. to be on time for robing and assembly for the academic procession.
Buses will be scheduled for Staybridge Suites and the Eastman School immediately following the College Commencement ceremony.
