Electronic parking services briefly unavailable on October 16
On Wednesday, October 16, starting at 9 p.m., the Transportation and Parking Department’s online services will be unavailable for approximately two hours due to a scheduled system upgrade. My Parking Online services and mobile applications will be offline until the upgrade is complete. Call (585) 275-4524 with questions.
Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act
Pursuant to Section 485(g) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, 20 U.S.C. 1092(g), (also known as the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act), the University annually publishes data on athletics participation and spending. A paper copy of the FY24 annual report is available by calling Athletics and Recreation at extension (585) 275-4301 and making a request. An electronic copy of the report is available here.
University flags on the Eastman Quadrangle and near the entrance of Strong Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Department will be lowered on Tuesday, October 22, for Marjorie Searl, assistant director of curation at the Memorial Art Gallery, who died on September 15. Searl joined the University staff in 1987.

Eastman Community Music School (ECMS) celebrates the 30th season of its annual Eastman@Washington Square concert series. The weekly performances are held at 12:15 p.m. at the First Universalist Church of Rochester every Thursday from October 17 through May.
